There are lots of activities in the Rainbows Badge Book that your girls can do at home. Here are just a few ideas…..

Take them outdoors to collect leaves, stones, and flowers. Once home, they can use these natural treasures to make collages, painted rocks, or pressed-flower bookmarks. Check out The Rainbow Nature Lover Badge, you’ve just covered  clause 2

Pack a basket full of snacks and head to a local park. Rainbows can burn off their energy playing on swings and slides, while you relax with a book on the grass.

Let Rainbows become junior chefs for the day. Choose easy recipes such as cupcakes, cookies, or fruit salad. They’ll learn valuable kitchen skills while having fun — and they’ll love eating their creations afterward.

Dust off the board games or challenge them with puzzles. These activities are perfect for rainy days and help develop problem-solving and teamwork skills.

A visit to the local library can be magical. Let Rainbows pick out books that spark their interest, whether it’s stories about animals, space, or fairy tales. And if you visit a library you have just completed  clause 1 of the Book Lover Interest Badge.

Introduce Rainbows to yoga or meditation designed for kids. These practices can help them manage their emotions and stay centered. Learning Yoga breathing covers clause 2 of Healthy Mind Interest Badge
